Africana 2010
This is our flagship wine. A totally new take on Shiraz. An extraordinary rich wine. Deep Concentrated and tannic. Smoky oak flavours. Great to drink now, will mature superbly over many years. The grapes were desiccated on the vine, then after harvest were fermented as whole bunches, together with the stalks. After fermentation it was matured for 15 months in new French oak.
