Solms-Delta’s Delta Draft wine farm
road race and fun run/walk 2010 
On Saturday 24th April 2010 we hosted our first 10km run and 5km fun walk/run. The route, entirely on farm roads took entrants through orchards and vineyards on Solms-Delta and neighbouring Allée Bleue. Not only did runners and walkers get a chance to breath in the sights, sounds and smells of our vines, but they were also amply rewarded at the finish line for all their hard work by being served a glass of our bubbly Cape Jazz Shiraz.
Organized by the Dwars River Athletics Club, this annual event is set to be a memorable one on the racing calendar.
