DIK DELTA CULINARY GARDEN

CULINARY DELIGHT

Take a stroll through our fragrant Dik Delta Culinary Garden – a project to conserve the almost-extinct edible plants that the Cape’s first residents, the Khoe and San, relied on for nourishment and to cure various ailments.

The garden is part of a greater 15 ha fynbos and renosterveld park currently under development. When completed, it will celebrate the many indigenous trees, shrubs and plant species that sustained the indigenous people.
