Joan grew up on a sixth-generation family farm just outside Worcester. As the link between our vineyards and our cellar, she’s passionate about sustainable agriculture and biodinamically and organically produced wines. When you don’t find her amongst our vines or our barrels, she’s probably mountain biking, running, taking photos, cooking or studying part-time for a BCom Financial Accounting degree.

Qualified as a lawyer, with a master’s degree in communications and having studied viticulture in winemaking regions around the world, Rosa brings a diverse set of skills to the team. One of her unique talents is that she understands people as well as she knows the secrets of the vine. That’s why, apart from matching the terroir with the right cultivars to produce the best wines, an important part of Rosa’s role is working with people and teaching the vineyard workforce how to deal with all aspects of viticulture. For her a well-trained team is one way to add to the quality of the grapes, and therefore the wine.
